On Monday 22nd April, Jase, Diana, Ellis and Lucy from Year 3 joined five children from the Infants school to attend a sporting event held at The Acorn Academy. The event was run by SCS (Sports Coaching Specialist) and consisted of six different events: frisbee throw, football target, target throw, dodgeball, boxing and archery. The children had an opportunity to take part in sports that were new to them as well as working collaboratively with the Year 2 children.They all had a fantastic time and were thrilled to be given a medal for attendance.
