As part of our Maya and Mexico topic, the children made fajitas! They all had a turn at chopping onions and peppers using a knife. Then Mrs Robinson (Catering Manager) cooked the chicken for us and added in a fajita spice mix. The children designed their fajitas by deciding what they would like to put in it. They had a choice of chicken, peppers, onions, tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream. They rolled the ingredients up inside a tortilla wrap and enjoyed a feast whilst listening to music from the Maya era.
